Huawei is reportedly considering opening a research and development (R&D) center in Belarus.
Huawei is ready to expand its presence in Belarus, exploring long-term cooperation opportunities including investment projects in the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park.
The development was reported by the state news agency following a meeting between representatives of Huawei and Vice Premier of Belarus Anatoly Tozik.
Huawei representatives said the company is interested in its activity in Belarus, including a R&D center, logistics projects, service maintenance and modernization of telecommunications equipment.
